Mark McIntyre, Chief People Officer

Mark McIntyre brings a wide range of people experience from various disciplines including network marketing, retail management, consulting, training, logistics, and project management.

Mark’s experience and passion for helping people with our CRM-M Software Solutions have earned him our progressive Chief People Officer position. Mark acts as our staff editor and is responsible for our support team, client system software training, trouble-shooting, and testing.  Mark’s “passion for detail” and creative talents are also used in client system development and design process on each system.

Rodd Kirby, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Rodd Kirby has been in the software system development business for over 10 years.  Immediately after graduating from Baylor University, Rodd quickly began his entrepreneurial journey creatively in the gas station convenience store arena. After creating and then discovered his passion for the network marketing industry and went on to build large groups and even own multiple multi-level-marketing companies.

However, the love for the SYSTEM is where Rodd’s passions really was; specifically the art of duplication and creating modular based systems which allowed business’s and independent marketers from all walks of life to share their products and services online. In 1999, after selling his networking business’s and licensing a marketing system from another company for a year, Rodd set out to build his own CRMM software system from scratch to bring it all in house. Today, with the help of an amazing NaXum team, Rodd is able to realize his passion each and every day – helping dozens of companies and 1000’s of independent marketers share their products and services through NaXum’s Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Software platform.

German Chale, Chief Technology Officer

Before joining Naxum in 2008, German worked as a project manager and admin server administrator. German received an Applied Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology in 1984.

German is in charge of overseeing Naxum’s extensive server platforms and managing multiple data centers.  German spearheads all new custom system setups, configuration and live deployment. German brings to Naxum a wealth of knowledge in Linux, Windows, php, cgi, mysql, javascript, html, and 15+ years of experience with server platforms and online marketing system development. German manages all new technology development and custom programming needs.

Ben Dixon, Chief Sales Officer

Ben Dixon brings a unique skill set to the Naxum team. Ben graduated college at a young age and went on to work as an outside consultant for a Fortune 200 company. Ben then discovered his place in the direct sales and network marketing industry. After creating success in his own opportunity using a unique approach through social media, Ben now assists our clients with creating systems that assist their sales people.

He assists our clients with customizing and building systems that fit their specific needs. Ben also assists with system design as he looks to continually make our system more intuitive and easy to use.

As an industry professional in Commercial Mixed Media Marketing, Niskey has built a successful Design & Print Firm and has secured clients such as Deutsch, Sony, MGM Resorts International, Buffalo Wild Wings West Corporation, and other companies.

Over the past seven years Niskey and his team have been working diligently in custom replicating and non-replicating web development & design, search-engine optimization (SEO), corporate branding, and content management system development.
